KVKK Data Protection Notice

Under KVKK (Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data)

As Steel Wing Makina Otomotiv ve Savunma Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. (the "Data Controller"), and in accordance with KVKK (Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data), we would like to inform you about the processing of personal data of individuals who contact us through our website.

Personal Data Processed and Purposes

The full name, e-mail address, phone number, company name and message content you share through the contact form are processed solely for the purpose of evaluating your request/quote inquiry, responding to you, and, where necessary, carrying out the ensuing commercial relationship.

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of KVKK, namely "the explicit consent of the data subject" and "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract."

Transfer of Personal Data

Your data is not shared with third parties except where required by our legal obligations. Site usage data is processed, only when cookie consent has been given, through Google LLC's infrastructure (Google Analytics) for statistical analysis purposes.

Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, every person whose personal data is processed has the right to:

  • Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
  • Request information about such processing, if any,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
  • Request deletion or destruction of the data within the conditions set out in KVKK,
  • Request that any correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
  • Object to a result that is to their detriment arising solely from analysis of the processed data through automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of the data.
